We were honored to welcome Xiomara Elizarraras, a proud Downey Kiwanis Scholarship recipient and current Stanford University student studying international law.
Xiomara shared her journey of growing up in Downey, graduating from Downey High School, and pursuing her dreams at one of the world’s leading universities. Her story is a powerful reminder of why we invest in our youth because today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders.
We are incredibly proud of Xiomara and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make in the years ahead. Thank you for inspiring us and for representing Downey so well!
